What's Happening Wednesday

Oh, Wednesday... Wednesday's that day in the week where we teeter back and forth between the devastation of having to work for another two days and the excitement of our weekend plans. It's that day where you start to believe you can make it through the week. It's f i n a l l y Wednesday night, don't give up- we can do it. [Remember: Wednesday night is practically Thursday, Thursday is Friday Eve, Friday is a "play day" meaning nobody works on Friday because it's basically the weekend. Or is that just us? If so, don't tell our boss.] If you need something to daydream about during the next couple of work days, don't fret because there is a lot of shit to do in KC. As per usual.

Broadway Across America is presenting "The Book of Mormon" at the Kansas City Music Hall through March 8th. Hopefully you guys where smart  planned ahead and pre-ordered tickets because most of the shows are sold out and we'll be sad for you if you miss it. Jac saw this in New York- easily the funniest and most offensive show out there.

The creators of South Park do not disappoint. We can't think of a better way to spend your Friday or Saturday night than to laugh at what they call the mormon "religion"

For those of you who didn't get tickets, sucks to be you- but not all is lost. Great news for your weekend is that the weather will be in the 50s*! Thank the Lawd! So we suggest you take advantage of the warming weather and play outside. A perfect place to do this is at First Fridays downtown. Cue "1st of Tha Month" - Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. First Fridays= Food Trucks, Art, Music, Antique shopping and other hipster shit we all love.

Wanna get a head start on your summer plans?
The performers have been announced for this year's anticipated Buzz Beachball- Awolnation, Alt-J, Glass Animals- to name a few. So get your tickets kids cause it's sure to sell out.

Also, Boulevardia tickets are up for grabs already! Boulevardia is June 19th through the 21st (It's Father's Day weekend so take your pops if your nice). The Taps & Tastes and VIP Weekender tickets are sold out. Don't worry, we're kicking ourselves too for not snagging our tickets sooner. For the Taps & Tastes FYI. We're not baller enough to afford the VIP tickets. But there are several other ticket options to choose from to make sure we can all partake in the festivities. And beer.

Get excited for the weekend (and summer) our little hump day hunnies,
